Real estate operations involve large volumes of structured documentation, projects, stakeholders, approvals and physical-site activity. CodeFacts digitised two operational areas that were being handled manually: document generation and visitor management. Both were repetitive, error-prone and hard to trace, yet central to how teams and sites actually run day to day.
Two manual operations — generating documents and controlling site access — needed structured digital workflows.
Teams regularly generate documents using predefined formats, and manual creation caused inconsistencies, repetitive work, errors, version-control problems and poor visibility. Separately, real estate and corporate sites require controlled visitor access, where a paper register offers little traceability. The platform had to address both: template-driven document automation with a clear audit trail, and a visitor-management workflow with verifiable entry and exit.
