A hospitality organisation operating multiple accommodation properties needed a single digital platform to manage hotels, rooms, categories and operations. This was not a simple hotel model: inventory included hotel rooms, executive rooms, apartments and group accommodation, plus restaurant operations — creating a broader hospitality-management requirement than a booking website alone could serve.
