Someone accountable when it breaks.
Software can be generated in days now. But no tool answers the phone at two in the morning when orders stop processing. We are the team that does — keeping your platform secure, fast and fixed, whether we built it or not.
A build is the start, not the end.
Any software breaks eventually — generated, bought or hand-built. The difference is who answers when it does. A tool can't be held responsible for a failed payment run or a security hole. A team can. That is what a support contract really buys: a named group of people whose job is to keep your platform running.
Everything that keeps it healthy.

Recommendations note
What we'd address next, so problems are prevented, not just fixed.
Platforms we keep running.
The kinds of always-on systems where support and accountability really matter.
Common across ecommerce and any business where the platform is the operation.
Questions we're asked.
Do you support software you didn't build?+
Yes — it's a large part of what we do. We start with a code audit and knowledge transfer, then take on live support. See the takeover process above.
How fast do you respond?+
It depends on the tier. Essential is next business day; Business is a four-hour response; Critical is a one-hour response for outages, around the clock.
What if we only need occasional help?+
Essential suits platforms that are stable and low-urgency — you get coverage and a monthly report without paying for round-the-clock cover you don't need.
Is our data safe during a handover?+
Yes. We work under an NDA, with least-privilege access, and we document what we touch. Nothing is changed in production without your sign-off.
Can we change tiers later?+
Any time. Platforms get busier or calmer; you move up or down a tier with 30 days' notice.
