How you engage us · Support & maintenance

Someone accountable when it breaks.

Software can be generated in days now. But no tool answers the phone at two in the morning when orders stop processing. We are the team that does — keeping your platform secure, fast and fixed, whether we built it or not.

Why it matters

A build is the start, not the end.

Accountability

Any software breaks eventually — generated, bought or hand-built. The difference is who answers when it does. A tool can't be held responsible for a failed payment run or a security hole. A team can. That is what a support contract really buys: a named group of people whose job is to keep your platform running.

What's covered

Everything that keeps it healthy.

Bug fixes

Diagnose and fix defects before they spread or recur.

Security patches

Close vulnerabilities and keep you ahead of known risks.

Dependency & version upgrades

Keep libraries and frameworks current and supported.

Uptime monitoring

Know about problems before your customers do.

Performance tuning

Keep it fast as traffic and data grow.

Backup & recovery

Tested backups and a plan for when the worst happens.

Small enhancements

The steady stream of little improvements a live product needs.

Support tiers

Choose by how fast you need us.

Tiers are defined by response time and coverage, not by a fixed price — so you pay for the urgency you actually have.

Essential

Best for: Stable, low-urgency platforms

  • Business-hours coverage
  • Next-business-day response
  • Fixes, patches and upgrades
  • Monthly report

Business

Best for: Most live products

  • Extended-hours coverage
  • Four-hour response
  • Monthly enhancement allowance
  • Everything in Essential

Critical

Best for: Revenue-critical systems

  • 24/7 coverage
  • One-hour response for outages
  • Dedicated engineer allocation
  • Everything in Business
We support platforms we didn't build

Inherited a system? We'll take it on.

01

Code audit

We read the codebase and infrastructure and map how it actually works.

02

Documentation

We write down what was never written down — so knowledge stops living in one head.

03

Knowledge transfer

We capture context from whoever's available, and fill the gaps ourselves.

04

Live support

We take on monitoring and response, and you have a team accountable from then on.

What you receive monthly

Proof it's being looked after.

Uptime & incident report

What happened, what we did, and how the platform performed.

Change log

A clear record of every fix, patch and improvement shipped.

Recommendations note

What we'd address next, so problems are prevented, not just fixed.

Proof

Platforms we keep running.

The kinds of always-on systems where support and accountability really matter.

Questions we're asked.

Do you support software you didn't build?+

Yes — it's a large part of what we do. We start with a code audit and knowledge transfer, then take on live support. See the takeover process above.

How fast do you respond?+

It depends on the tier. Essential is next business day; Business is a four-hour response; Critical is a one-hour response for outages, around the clock.

What if we only need occasional help?+

Essential suits platforms that are stable and low-urgency — you get coverage and a monthly report without paying for round-the-clock cover you don't need.

Is our data safe during a handover?+

Yes. We work under an NDA, with least-privilege access, and we document what we touch. Nothing is changed in production without your sign-off.

Can we change tiers later?+

Any time. Platforms get busier or calmer; you move up or down a tier with 30 days' notice.

Ask for a support assessment of your current platform.
