Engineers who join your team, not a vendor you manage.
You keep your roadmap, your process and your tools. We supply experienced engineers who work inside your team — interviewed by you, starting in weeks, and billed by the month. Not a vendor to manage; people who feel like your own.
Four steps to a working engineer.
No long procurement cycle. You describe the role; a few weeks later someone is contributing in your sprint.
You describe the role
Tell us the role, the stack and the seniority you need. A short call is usually enough.
We shortlist in 5 days
You get a shortlist of matched, available engineers within five working days.
You interview directly
You interview each engineer yourself and decide who joins. You choose, not us.
They start in your sprint
They join your tools, your standups and your process — and start delivering.
The engineers you can add.
Backend
.NET, Node.js, Java and Python — APIs, services and business logic.
Frontend
React, Next.js and Angular — fast, accessible interfaces.
Mobile
React Native, iOS and Android — one team across both platforms.
Cloud & DevOps
AWS and Azure, CI/CD, infrastructure and monitoring.
Data engineering
Pipelines, warehouses and AI-ready data platforms.
QA & test automation
Manual and automated testing, regression and performance.
UI/UX design
Product and interface design that ships alongside the build.
The level you actually need.
Every engineer is interviewed by you before they start — so the level on paper matches the person in your standup.
Mid-level
Strong, reliable delivery on well-defined work.
Senior
Owns complex features and lifts the people around them.
Lead
Sets technical direction and carries architectural decisions.
Monthly, flexible, easy to leave.
Monthly billing
A predictable monthly rate — no long upfront commitment.
Three-month minimum
Enough time to onboard and deliver real work.
30 days' notice
Either side can give 30 days' notice, any time.
Free replacement
Wrong fit in the first 30 days? We replace them at no cost.
Full-time
160 hours a month, embedded in your team.
Part-time
80 hours a month when you need less.
Overlapping hours, every day.
Engineers work hours that overlap with yours, join your daily standup and send a written weekly update.
US Eastern
Reliable overlap through your morning and early afternoon.
US Pacific
Overlap across your morning, into your afternoon.
United Kingdom
Near-full working-day overlap.
Australia Eastern
Strong overlap through your working day.
Your code. Your IP. From day one.
Every repository, every line of code and all intellectual property belong to you from the first commit. A mutual NDA is signed before we discuss your product at all. There is nothing to claw back later and nothing we hold over you.
Three ways to add engineers.
Each has its place. Here is an honest comparison across the things that usually matter.
Hire locally
Best for: Deep, permanent ownership
- Fully in-house and long-term
- Slow — often two to three months to hire
- Highest fixed cost: salary, benefits, overheads
- You carry the hiring risk yourself
Traditional outsourcing
Best for: Hands-off delivery
- A vendor runs the work at arm's length
- Starts in weeks
- Lower cost, but less day-to-day control
- You manage a contract, not a teammate
Staff augmentation
Best for: Capacity, fast, on your terms
- Engineers inside your team and process
- Start in two to three weeks
- Monthly cost — scale up or down
- You manage the work; we handle the rest
Weighing this against a full team or a fixed project? The engagement models page compares every way of working with us, side by side.
Engineers who have shipped real systems.
Our people have built and run platforms in production — not just passed interviews.
It is a natural fit for SaaS companies and startups that have the roadmap and the product team, and simply need experienced hands to move faster.
Questions teams ask.
How quickly can someone start?+
We send a shortlist within five working days. Once you have chosen, most engineers start within two to three weeks.
What if the engineer isn't a fit?+
If the fit is wrong in the first 30 days, we replace them free of charge — no argument, no extra cost.
Who manages them day to day?+
You do. They work inside your team, your standups and your process. We handle the contract, payroll, equipment and HR.
What happens to the code?+
It is yours from day one — all code, repositories and intellectual property — under an NDA signed before we ever discuss your product.
Can we hire them permanently later?+
Yes. If you want to bring an engineer in-house, we agree a fair conversion. There are no lock-in traps.
What are the contract minimums?+
A three-month minimum engagement, then 30 days' notice on either side. Full-time (160 hours a month) or part-time (80 hours a month).
